Made‑to‑Order Items

Each piece is printed on demand when you place your order.
We are unable to accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Change of mind

  • Wrong size ordered

  • Color variations due to monitor settings


If There’s a Problem With Your Order

We’ll gladly replace or refund your item if it arrives:

  • Damaged

  • Defective

  • Printed incorrectly

To request a replacement or refund:

  1. Contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@laurenkarp.com

  2. Include your order number

  3. Provide a brief description of the issue

  4. Attach a photo of the item and packaging


Return Shipping

If a return is approved, we’ll provide instructions.


Final Sale Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Digital downloads

  • Clearance or “final sale” items
